Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at timelyssmedspa@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item(s), and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
