Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments, all services rendered are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your results, we encourage you to schedule a follow-up appointment so our team can assess your concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
We accept returns on unopened and unused retail products within 7 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
