If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests. This will be treated according to our cancellation policy below.
To maintain a seamless experience for all clients, TimeLyss Med Spa has a 48-hour cancellation/no-show policy.
After three (3) no-shows or late cancellations, full prepayment will be required for all future bookings. These payments are non-refundable if the policy is violated. However, if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the payment will be applied as a credit for future services.
Why we enforce this: Our providers are booked out weeks to months in advance, and last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking available time slots. Your respect for our schedule allows us to continue delivering premium care.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Aesthetic outcomes vary based on individual response, and while we aim for excellence, results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be required to achieve desired outcomes and are the client’s responsibility.
No refunds are issued for product purchases. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
We adore children—but for safety and to maintain a serene spa environment, please arrange childcare prior to your visit. This ensures both your safety and the comfort of all guests.
