If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests. This will be treated according to our cancellation policy below.
To maintain a seamless experience for all clients, TimeLyss Med Spa has a 48-hour cancellation/no-show policy.
After three (3) no-shows or late cancellations, full prepayment will be required for all future bookings. These payments are non-refundable if the policy is violated. However, if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the payment will be applied as a credit for future services.
Why we enforce this: Our providers are booked out weeks to months in advance, and last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking available time slots. Your respect for our schedule allows us to continue delivering premium care.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Aesthetic outcomes vary based on individual response, and while we aim for excellence, results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be required to achieve desired outcomes and are the client’s responsibility.
No refunds are issued for product purchases. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
We adore children—but for safety and to maintain a serene spa environment, please arrange childcare prior to your visit. This ensures both your safety and the comfort of all guests.
At TimeLyss Med Spa, we are committed to delivering exceptional aesthetic results with the highest level of professionalism, safety, and care. As part of our clinical protocol, we require before and after photos of all treatment areas to be taken and securely stored in each client’s private medical chart.
These images are essential for tracking progress, tailoring future treatments, and ensuring optimal outcomes. Prior to your procedure, a member of our expert team will take high-quality photos of the treatment area(s). After your treatment is complete, we will capture updated photos to reflect the immediate result.
All images are stored confidentially and securely, strictly for clinical documentation and internal use. Photos will only be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes with your express written consent.

To ensure the safety, integrity, and personalized service our clients deserve, TimeLyss Med Spa requires a valid government-issued photo ID to be presented at the time of check-in for all appointments.
The name on your ID must match the name on your medical chart to proceed with treatment. This simple but important step helps maintain the accuracy of your medical records, safeguards your privacy, and supports a seamless client experience.
Failure to present a matching ID may result in delays or rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding as we uphold the highest standards of care, confidentiality, and client protection.

If you choose to use Cherry Financing, you must apply in advance and be aware of your approved amount prior to your appointment. Cherry requires a valid debit card to initiate the down payment process.
To preserve the integrity of our services, all financing and payment arrangements must be completed before you leave our premises. Failure to complete payment at checkout will result in recovery action, including potential legal measures, to collect the outstanding balance.
